Quick. Simple. Delicious.
That’s three words to describe this really easy dinner/lunch option that has become a bit of a staple in my house. If you don’t love pickles, this is not the dish for you. Personally, I think the more pickles the better. In everything. I normally make up enough of this so that I have an easy dinner and then lunch the next day. It often tastes even better the next day after the juices of the pickles, tuna and mayonnaise have been allowed to soak through the rest of the salad.
I’ve put specific measures for this one, but only for the sake of recording a recipe. Start with the prescribed amounts and add more if you desire.
Serves 4; Less than 10 minutes
1 425g can Tuna
5 Pickled Onions
1 Cup Mayonnaise
Basically just combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and you are done. Wella!
